Fox Video Chat est-il sûr ?
Fox Video Chat is anonymous to start — no account, no email — and uses a secure connection for video. It is not a high-privacy platform, though: it logs IP and device data, allows in-app image capture by other users, and uses third-party analytics. Treat anything you show on camera as potentially saved.
Habits that keep you safer:
- Keep your face and identity separate from anything you would not want shared.
- Never share personal details: full name, workplace, socials, phone number or location clues in your background.
- Watch for sextortion: if someone threatens to share a recording unless you pay, do not pay, stop contact, keep evidence and report it to local police.
- Don’t click links or move to other apps at a stranger’s request.
- Use a VPN and a private browser window to limit IP and cookie tracking.
- Revoke camera and mic permissions in your browser settings when you finish.
